We translate your needs and requirements into a professionally crafted specifications document or requirements program. This document gives you control over the process and serves as the foundation for a well-informed decision.

Measuring is Knowing
To avoid surprises and minimize the risk of malfunctions, we conduct on-site technical measurements when necessary. Using a demonstration setup, we can, for example, assess the acoustics, light exposure, or network quality. This gives you a clear understanding of the feasibility and performance of the system in advance. We specifically evaluate:
- the room’s acoustics
- available network infrastructure
- light exposure and reflections
- existing induction loop or public address systems
- size and placement of display screens
We are also happy to thoroughly review existing AV installations. This helps identify bottlenecks or determine the next steps.

Implementation: Seamless Installation with Attention to Detail
Has the solution been chosen? Then we begin the implementation. Our VCA-certified technicians and experienced project managers
ensure a smooth installation that fits seamlessly within your organization.
Meticulous Finish
We prefer to use existing cable routes, ducts, or ceilings to complete the installation discreetly and professionally. If these provisions are lacking, we create a suitable solution on site. If desired, we integrate equipment into furniture or interior elements—entirely tailored to your corporate identity and the building’s architecture.

Ready to Use Immediately Upon Delivery
We ensure that the system is fully operational at the time of delivery. Control panels are clearly programmed and tailored to your users. Whether it’s a simple button or an advanced touchscreen, we make sure everyone can operate it effortlessly, without a manual or assistance.

Maintenance: Long-Term Reliability
Audio-visual technology deserves proper maintenance. Regular upkeep helps prevent malfunctions, extends the lifespan of your system, and ensures optimal performance.
That’s why we offer various service contracts and SLAs tailored to your needs.
Preventive Maintenance
We periodically inspect your equipment using a detailed checklist. This includes testing sound quality, network connections, screen resolution, and signal strength. By doing so, we minimize the risk of failure during critical moments.

Corrective Maintenance
For added assurance, you can combine preventive maintenance with corrective support. In the event of a malfunction, you are guaranteed a quick response, clear agreements on reaction times, and, if necessary, temporary replacement equipment.

Tailored Service
Do you have specific requirements? Together with you, we will create a customized service contract. This agreement outlines, among other things, how often and when maintenance takes place, which equipment you want replaced in case of a malfunction, and how quickly we respond to a notification. This way, you only pay for the support you truly need.
