Audio and video are often out of sync, live streams may fail, or operating the equipment causes unnecessary stress for staff. That’s why Intervision developed the Phase concept—a comprehensive solution fully tailored to the day-to-day needs of crematoria and funeral centers.
Specially developed for funeral services
Phase has been developed in collaboration with professionals from the funeral industry. The system is designed with one goal in mind: to ensure a funeral service runs smoothly and without interruptions. Through an intuitive control panel, everything is managed—from starting music and videos to controlling lighting, cameras, and livestreams.
The system operates quickly, reliably, and intuitively, allowing staff without a technical background to use it with ease. Phase is also fully scalable. You can use Phase Essentials in a small chapel, or opt for the comprehensive Phase system in crematoriums with multiple halls and more extensive requirements—the system grows alongside your organization.
Additionally, each service can be automatically recorded in video and/or audio. Afterward, the recording can be transferred to a USB stick with a single press of a button. Recordings are kept for three months by default and can be easily accessed online using a unique ID. Reburning a previously recorded service is also just a few simple steps away.
And even if something unexpectedly goes wrong, Phase provides extra peace of mind. The system automatically logs all actions performed during the service. These log files can be accessed remotely to quickly determine what happened and to offer immediate assistance.
Smart Music Library and Maximum Flexibility
An essential feature of Phase is its extensive music library, specifically tailored for use in funeral services. The system can accommodate thousands of music tracks and allows users to pre-program up to ten services per day, each with a maximum of 32 tracks. Staff can easily search by title, performer, or unique number, and import new music via the cloud. Tracks can be temporarily shortened and then restored to their original length. Additionally, it’s possible to adjust start and end points and save music pieces as audio CDs or on a USB stick.
The system automatically records how often a piece of music has been used, and it is possible to compile a personalized music book. Additionally, the Phase streaming platform offers the ability to livestream funerals, watch them on-demand, and make the ceremony available online.
